Upgrade lift capacity of your crane
When your processes or production changes and your current crane capacity is not sufficient anymore, it is time to upgrade your lift capacity.
You may consider the possibility to buy a new crane, but there are more cost-effective ways to increase the lifting capacity of your crane. A common known way of increasing hoist capacity is upgrading the crane capacity of the existing equipment. In most cases, you can upgrade to 25% of the original capacity by adding a jib on top of the boom.
Upgrade lift capacity to 300t
Eager.one delivered an upper boom point which reinforced the boom head and upgraded the crane to 300t. We engineered new crane charts, fabricated the hardware, reprogrammed the software and load tested the upper boom point for safety, capacity and functioning. Next to that we also arranged the transport.
