Every project starts with a solid Basis of Design (BoD), outlining all requirements and functions of the design. To minimize risks, we conduct a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), which is continuously updated throughout the design process. With a phased approach, we transform your needs and requirements step by step into a well-thought-out and complete design.

For the production of steel structures and procured components, we collaborate with specialized subcontractors with a proven track record. After careful selection and auditing, all parts are gathered and assembled on-site, followed by functional and required standard tests.

Testing costs for lifting equipment can be significant, but we provide efficient and cost-effective solutions. We have supplied and tested lifting equipment up to 2000t SWL without using expensive test barges. Load testing is often conducted using a hydraulic test bed or a specially designed hydraulic test frame.

We deliver worldwide, fully compliant with the requested Incoterms. Our equipment is engineered for safe and efficient shipping: containerized, secured on a trailer, or supplied on a sea fastening frame. This ensures safe and hassle-free delivery.

Depending on the complexity of the supplied equipment, we offer on-site commissioning training. If required, we also provide operational support during your project. A standard commissioning training includes full turnkey commissioning, covering testing, inspection, recertification, maintenance, spare parts installation, and tool-specific operations.
