Lifting frame 1400 t SWL
A lifting frame 1400 t SWL designed, built, tested and delivered by Eager.one for lifting a Basket Carousel Umbilical for Blue Offshore.
It was challenging to design a hoisting frame able to lift more than 1350 tons and to be transportable in containers. The lifting frame is designed according to the Noble Denton standards and a design appraisal has been hand out by Class.
Because testing such frames is very expensive, we have designed a set-up in which for testing this frame in ivides with the approval of the notified body. In this way the test could take place on the floor at a supplier. After testing and checking, the frame is coated and delivered to the customer.
From the time of order to delivery, the lead time was just seven weeks
The 1400 t SWL Lifting Frame is a hoisting frame that is able to lift more than 1350 tons and is transportable in containers.
The frame is designed according to the Noble Denton standards.
