Eager.one supplied a lightweight spreader, with a capacity of 29t, as Anode Cage Lifting Tool. The spreader will lift anode cages over monopile foundations for an offshore windfarm project.
The ACLT spreader has a remote operated hydraulic release system to release the anode cage, once in position.
This spreader has been customized to fit the existing sea fastening on the vessel. It has been delivered in a challenging lead time of 10 weeks. This included engineering according to class rules, class design appraisal, production of hardware & controls and class witnessed load testing of the spreader.
