In-company online masterclass, custom-made for LGH

LGH is an expert in lifting gear hire and supports its customers with lifting and rigging gear. Niels van der Breggen is responsible for sales at LGH. The sales team consists of experienced sales people, with a lot of product knowledge. And to support the LGH customers even better, they wanted to increase the knowledge of the European sales team on lifting and rigging processes and techniques.

In his search for training on these type of subjects, Niels came across the Eager.academy. Several subjects covered in different masterclasses were in line with the training needs of the European sales team. Therefore, after consultation with Ton Raemakers it was decided to create a custom-made in-company online masterclass for them.

In-company online masterclass

Ton created the in-company training. The masterclass “A Professional Lifting plan in 8 steps” formed the basis and was supplemented with extra theory and examples of real-life situations at LGH. The online training was build up in 3 modules of two hours each, presented in English and Dutch. About 20 persons participated in the online training modules.

The feedback afterwards has been positive, according to Niels. “Although the online situation was challenging for interactivity, it has been a good experience to go more into depth in these relevant specialisms. We are considering a refresher course after a while, to make sure the learned skills will stay under attention.”
