Anode Cage Lifting Tools through the years

In the past years, we have supplied multiple lifting tools for anode cage installation. These tools are used to lift anode cages over monopile foundations for offshore windfarm projects.

But a great design can always be improved. The pictures show you the development over time. From remote operation by means of an umbilical to a full wireless remote system with a battery powered HPU. In addition, other improvements have been made thanks to feedback from our customers.

And with upgrades to larger diameters and weights, we have also upcycled existing Anode Cage Lifting Tools that are used on over 10 offshore wind farm installation projects.

Our design & construction scope includes engineering according to class rules, class design appraisal, production of hardware & controls and class witnessed load testing of the lifting tools.
