We are looking for a Sales Manager who is ready to take ownership of growing our business by building new partnerships, deepening existing relationships and exploring new area’s of opportunity.

What you’ll be doing as Sales Manager?

As our Sales Manager, you will be the link between our clients and our technical team. You understand what clients need, you propose smart and tailored solutions that help them move forward, and you ensure Eager.one is always top of mind when lifting challenges arise.

A typical week includes:

  • Spotting new projects and market opportunities in the field of lifting and transport.
  • Reaching out to potential clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Working closely with our engineers to translate customer needs into attractive solutions.
  • Creating and presenting proposals that make an impact.
  • Playing a key role in winning new projects — from first conversation to signed agreement.
  • Representing Eager.one at trade shows and industry events.
  • Keeping a close eye on trends and developments in the market.

Who are you?

You enjoy working in a dynamic, tech-driven environment and get energy from building relationships and closing deals. You are proactive, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable speaking the language of business and technology — and you’re good at reading between the lines, including body language.

You bring:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree (or higher), preferably in mechanical engineering or machine building.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within engineering or industrial sectors.
  • Confident in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events, occasionally international.
  • A pro-active, client-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results.
