Key Changes Management Team Eager.one

It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce some key changes within the management team of Eager.one.

Peter Hesselink, who joined Eager.one at the start of this year as Commercial Director, will assume the role as Managing Director as of April 1^st, 2024. Next to his new role, he will focus on all commercial activities of Eager.one.

Peter will succeed Wim Kattouw, who has been working for Eager.one since 1989, of which the last 6 years as Managing Director. We are very pleased that Wim has decided to continue his career within the MeeMaken group as Technical Director for Eager.one, where he will remain part of the management team. He will split his time 50/50 and also join the TechTeam at KenzFigee, as Technical Advisor. Wim can be seen as the technical conscience of the organization and is therefore indispensable to stay ahead with innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

Also joining the Eager.one Management Team is Koen van Klooster. Koen will start as Engineering Director as of April 1^st, 2024. In the past 3 years, he successfully fulfilled the role as President of Alltec Lifting Systems, also a MeeMaken subsidiary, and was based in Houston, Texas.

Furthermore, since the start of this year, Eric van der Heijden’s function has changed as well. Eric, employed by Eager.one since 2018 as Project Manager, has been appointed Projects Director, in which he is responsible for the Project Management department.

With these changes, the management team of Eager.one will be complete. We are confident this solid leadership team will drive our ambitious growth plans and we are looking forward to this new chapter. We wish Peter, Koen, Eric and Wim the best success in their new roles!
