Jacket Lifting Tool in action (video)
We are thrilled to share this impressive video of the Jacket Lifting Tool in action. The video showcases the Bokalift 2, Boskalis’ largest crane vessel, in operation during the installation of turbine foundations for an offshore wind farm. Transportation and installation of these jackets is done by means of a jacket lifting tool, that is specifically designed and constructed for this installation project by the Eager.one team.
Eager.one was responsible for the complete process of initial design, engineering, fabrication, and overload testing of the jacket lifting tool. Furthermore, 14 guide frames and sea fastening were included in this challenging design and construct project.
